World’s Tallest Hotel Set to Open in Dubai by 2024!

The tallest hotel in the world is scheduled to open in Dubai next year. CIEL, announced by The First Group, is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. With a height of 365 meters, the hotel will be the tallest in the world. It will have an 82-storey building with a 300-metre atrium, which will have vertically stacked terraces with natural ventilation.

In the basement, podium floors and storey levels of the building, 99 per cent of the structure has been constructed, and 80 per cent of the electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work has been completed. Currently, the building façade is complete up to the 72nd floor and is on completion is on track as announced.
